A finance facility can be arranged in several currencies as per the client request and/or our capital sources general terms and conditions. The currencies available are: Euro; US Dollars; Canadian Dollars; Japanese Yen; Sterling Pound; Swiss Francs |

| Finance Period |
| |
The finance facility can be arranged for 1, 5, 10, 15 or 20 years. In certain cases the term period can be extended, or the client will have to consider a re-finance facility. Capital generally comes in three sizes: short, intermediate and long. Short-Term financing is usually borrowed on terms of less than one year. Intermediate-Term is usually for use over a slightly longer period of time. Long-Term is usually for periods of 10 – 30 years at relatively higher interest rates. |

| Finance Amount |

The minimum finance facility that we can arrange is US Dollars One Million or equivalent in the above mentioned currencies. In trade finance, we can start with a minimum of US Dollars Two Millions or equivalent. There is no limit to the maximum amounts we can handle. |

| Interest Rate |
| |
The normal market interest rate is LIBOR applicable on the date of sanction of Loan Amount. LIBOR is an inter-bank interest in London , and varies according to the currency been used. |

| Interest & Principle Repayment Terms |
| |
The interest payment can be made quarterly, semi-annually or annually. As far as the principle amount is concerned, the principle amount can be paid with or without amortization payments during the period of the loan or on maturity. A reasonable grace period for the repayment of the borrowed capital can be granted if justified. |

| Lender's Fees |
| |
All financiers do charge its clients a due diligence fee of 2.50% on the loan amount sought, to cover expenses for ascertaining the facts and figures of the borrower and certain charges are imposed towards transfer of funds. Such expenses are to be incurred in advance by the applicant. In most of the cases a site visit will be necessary. All these costs are to be borne by the applicant. |

| International Law Regulations |
| |
In some countries the laws and regulations regarding lending vary from country to country and there can be a wide variation in the presentation and final structure of the legal charge in the country of origin. In certain countries specific taxes may be payable according to the transaction type. Any finance facility offer will not take these costs into account. |

| Fees & Charges |
| |
We don't charge the client for advising and consulting until the client will proceed with a formal authorization to us to search and secure a finance facility and/or other services we cover. It is ‘Success Fee' , to be paid only against disbursement of loan amount which ranges from 1.50% to 2.50% based on the type of service we offer, which is negotiable. |
